Maybe because he is the oldest among the other member so he become the leader. Btw, Louis is really a BIG JOKER in One Direction. Even though he is the oldest he always act very childish. Liam Payne

He called as "the Smart One" idk the boys called him so. Anyway Liam is the main vocalis the in group apart Harry.
And about his hair, its reminds me Justin Bieber's hair. But in the WMYB video he curls his hair, and i think he looks better with straight hair.

Harry Styles

He is the youngest among the boys. He called as "the Flirt", because YES! he is a great flirt, The boys said that He could find the right time and place to flirt, and I think every girl would fall over him (include me aww XD). About his curls, its different from Liam. Harry's hair is NATURAL curls.

"Zayn the Vain". He is the only MUSLIM member. Yes guys, he's muslim i guarantee that. His mother is British and his father is Pakistani. Well he's the 'echo' man and 3rd main vocal in One Direction. he known as "the Funny One". He well known with his Irish accent *he's from Ireland of course. He the only blonde in the group. Um, he's not actually blonde, his real hair is dark brown. Niall likes Justin Bieber too *like me XD. Once he met Justin in the Xfactor Interview, he stand behind the camera only to watch Justin closely and Justin say hi to him too.
